NeedlegunsDesco Needleguns — or Needle Scalers — are designed with productivity, ergonomics and durability in mind. Desco needleguns are offered in a variety of sizes and are all capable of being outfitted with dust collector attachments for use on flat surfaces, inside corners and pipe. When utilized with Desco critical filtration vacuums, our tools are suitable for applications involving lead abatement, silica dust mitigation and radioactive decontamination.
Model 24 NeedlegunsThe Model 24 Needlegun is a revolutionary pneumatic tool that can be used for a wide range of jobs. The tool is lightweight and affords the user maximum ease and efficiency in a variety of applications. Durability, low maintenance, and ease of use are the main features of this needlegun. Interchangeable dust shrouds comply with OSHA regulations for hazardous coating removal. Only three moving parts of solid metal construction insure long term reliability. Options are available to use either 2mm, 3mm or 4mm needles.

Needles Conform to ShapeDesco needleguns have the ability to conform to the contour of the surface they are cleaning. In the process, the needles adhere to an objects shape while stepping over obstacles and stepping into voids. As a result, needleguns produce excellent results in places where other tools can not.
